Banyule Pathway for Carers Program

Are you a carer of a person with a disability or mental illness or an elderly person in Banyule?

Each month we connect with other carers and spend time outdoors for a walk by the river and billabong at Banyule Flats. We also enjoy a complimentary morning tea at Chancez Café, Possum Hollow, with guest speaker during and after the walk.

Pathways walks provide carers with peer based support, information, ser vices and resources, opportunities to be active and connect with other carers, connect with nature and connect with their local community. The walk is wheelchair accessible, toilets and car parking is also available. Visit pathwaysforcarers.com.au and view a 2 minute video.
